Originally signed by Cincinnati as a 17-year old international free agent out of the Dominican Republic on Sept. 21, 2012...signed by Reds scout Richard Jimenez...Spent seven seasons (2013-19) in the Reds minor league system, topping out at Triple A in 2019... added to the Reds 40-man roster on Nov. 20, 2017 and used two option years from 2018-19...Signed with Houston as a minor league free agent on Dec. 23, 2020...Siri, a native of the Dominican Republic, joins fellow countrymen RHP Bryan Abreu, RHP Cristian Javier, RHP Enoli Paredes and LHP Framber Valdez on the Astros...while well-represented on the pitching staff, the Astros do not have a Dominican position player on their 40-man roster and have only had 10 different Dominican players start a game in the outfield for the franchise, most notably Cesar Cedeño, who appeared in 1,512 games for the club from 1970-81.

2020

Began 2020 on the Reds 40-man roster before being designated for assignment and claimed off waivers by the Mariners on Feb. 3...reported to Major League Spring Training with the Mariners and appeared eight games before being claimed off waivers by the Giants on March 10...would appear in one game for the Giants in Summer Camp before beginning the season at the club's alternate training site...designated for assignment by the Giants on July 23 and outrighted on July 30...played for the Gigantes del Cibao in the Dominican Winter League in the offseason, earned a Gold Glove for his defense in center field and ended his season hitting .282 (31x110) with seven doubles, three homers and 14 RBI in 28 regular season games. 

2019

Hit .237 (111x468) with 56 runs, 19 doubles, 11 home runs, 53 RBI and 26 stolen bases in 131 games between Double-A Chattanooga and Triple-A Louisville in Cincinnati's minor league system...From April 27-May 13, recorded 9 multi-hit games (out of 16 games), batting .383 (23x60) with 5 doubles, 1 home run, 12 RBI and 6 stolen bases...Batted .270 (62x230) with 15 extra-base hits, 30 RBI and 17 stolen bases in 63 first-half games with Chattanooga...Slashed .330/.394/.532 (31x94) with runners in scoring position, including 4 doubles, 5 home runs and 38 RBI...resulted in a .926 OPS.

2018

In 96 apps at Class A Daytona and Class AA Pensacola combined to hit .239 with 41 extra-base hits, 13 HR, 43 RBI and 23 stolen bases...ranked second in the Southern League with 9 triples...among all Reds minor leaguers ranked T4th in stolen bases...entered the season rated by Baseball America the seventh-best prospect in the organization...also was rated the organization's best power hitter, fastest baserunner, best athlete and outfielder with the best arm...following the season played for Gigantes del Cibao of the Dominican Winter League (37g, .275, 7 2b, 2 3b, 3 HR, 11 RBI, 13 SB)...after his team was eliminated in the playoffs, was added to the roster of Estrellas Orientales...in the 5-games-to-1 win vs Toros del Este was named Most Valuable Player of the Championship Series after hitting .591 with 1 HR, 6 RBI and 5 stolen bases.

2017

At Class A Dayton was the organization's Hitter of the Year, a Midwest League All-Star, Reds and MiLB.com Midwest League Player of the Month for July (.344, 10hr, 21rbi, 6sb, .680slg) and MWL Player of the Week for 6/19-6/25 and 7/10-7/16...led the Midwest League in runs, hits, total bases, extra-base hits, slugging percentage and stolen bases while tying for the MWL lead in triples...finished second in HR, T2nd in apps, fourth in RBI and fifth in batting average...led all Reds minor leaguers in HR and stolen bases while ranking third in RBI and sixth in hitting...became the third Midwest League player to produce in a season at least 20 HR and 40 stolen bases...Madison's Tom Romano and Burlington's Chuckie Canady each did it in 1982...from 6/22-8/3 produced a 39-game hitting streak, the longest in Dayton and Midwest League history (.341, 13hr, 32rbi, .671slg)...6 times extended the streak in his final plate appearance...from 6/15-8/12 reached base safely via hit, walk or hit by a pitch in 50 consecutive apps, the longest on-base streak in the minor leagues in 2017...following the season was rated by Baseball America the fastest baserunner and best defensive outfielder in the Midwest League....played for Cibao in the Dominican Winter League (29g, .321, 6 2b, 1 3b, 2hr, 13rbi, 11sb)...on 11/20 was added to the 40-man roster.
